Regional Communications Manual
The Emergency Health Services Federation meets with the eight Regional Communication Centers
that comprise the South Central PA region, quarterly. Through these meetings, a Regional
Communications Manual was developed. The manual is a standard guideline for all EMS/ Healthcare
Agencies to utilize while communicating in the Region.
