The EHSF is experiencing a high volume of calls at this time. However, many errors cannot be corrected by the EHSF staff. The EHSF needs to forward to incorrect profile information to the Bureau of EMS staff to resolve. Because this cannot happen while you are on the telephone with us, it is best to complete the webform. We will be able to track the issue and communicate with you when it is corrected.
