EMS agencies are required to complete and submit electronic patient care reports (ePCRs). According to the EMS Act and Rules and Regulations, ePCRs must be completed within 72 hours. However, each EMS agency may develop their own internal policy to require the ePCR to be completed sooner.

The EHSF provides ESO Solutions to all interested licensed EMS agencies within the EHSF region.
While the EHSF provides an ePCR program to the licensed EMS agencies, EMS agencies may choose a different vendor. The contract agreement and cost for other ePCR software is the financial responsibility of the EMS agency.
